Swatch (owners of the Hamilton watch line) were very happy with their product placement in Men in Black 3. But they are not happy about another company selling a copy of the watch, and claiming it appeared in the film.
The allegations of trademark infringement, unfair competition and false advertising were lodged against Stuhrling Original LLC in New York federal court last week.

Written by rapper Pitbull (his real name is Armando C. Perez), and three others (Marc Kinchen, Adrian Trejo and Urales Vargas), “Back in Time” is the official theme to the new Men In Black movie. This is the first time the theme for a MIB movie is not performed by Will Smith. It’s not surprising, because Smith’s musical career has been on hold since 2005.

A game is being developed to tie in with the release of Men in Black 3. The game will be online, and free to play – with profits coming in via “micro-transactions”. The news report doesn’t have any specifics regarding the type of game it will be.
Some will be more traditional MMO style games, while others will be closer to action, resource management or adventure games – but all will contain core MMO experiences.
